By using this website or engaging in any of my offerings - whether coaching, mentoring, consulting, education, training, memberships, digital products, or events - you agree to these Terms of Service.  My goal is to create a safe, ethical, and inspiring space for your interspecies understanding, personal development and spiritual growth.

Nature of Service & Disclaimer
Kristin Hadley, Heart2Heart Interspecies Coaching provides coaching, mentoring, intuitive guidance, education, and personal development experiences. These Services are not substitutes for medical care, veterinary care, mental health counseling, or therapy.
No diagnosis, prescription, or guaranteed outcomes are offered. By participating, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, as well as for the care decisions you make for yourself or your animals.

Offerings
Heart2Heart Interspecies Coaching provides services and programs including private and group coaching, mentoring, consulting, professional training and certification, digital courses, membership programs, and in-person or virtual events and retreats.

All content, materials, and teachings are designed to help you grow your intuitive, emotional, and practical connection with animals and with yourself.

Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of registration or purchase unless otherwise stated.
All consultations, private and group sessions, digital products, live programs, memberships, and courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where otherwise clearly stated on the registration page.
Because this work is energetic, experiential, and personal, I ask each client to mindfully register and engage with full integrity.
If a genuine hardship arises, please reach out to discuss options -compassion and fairness always come first - and you may be able to receive full or partial refund, or credit toward another offering.

Confidentiality
Your consultations, sessions, communications, group participation, and shared materials are private and treated with care, and not shared.
I hold everything you share in confidence unless disclosure is required by law or with your permission.

Privacy
Your privacy matters. Any personal information you provide—such as your name, contact details, payment information, or anything shared in private communications—is kept secure and confidential.

I never sell, rent, or share your personal data. Information is only used to deliver the services you’ve requested, communicate updates, and improve your experience.
If you sign up for email updates, you can unsubscribe at any time.
If you purchase a program, your payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party payment systems (such as Stripe or PayPal) and are never stored by me.

Liability Disclaimer
By participating in any program, service, or event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and choices.
Heart2Heart Interspecies Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in or use of the content provided.
